Abstract Submission
The AFLAS 2023 Congress organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit poster abstracts. All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the "Online Submission System” and will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.
Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the congress and presenters are required to register for the conference separately. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.
Participants are advised to Abstract submission in advance within the deadline (by 23:59, Korea Standard Time, August 25, 2023).

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words. Word count only includes the text body of your abstract.
- All abstracts should be written in English.
- Authors may edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the accuracy of the abstract. There will be no additional editing after the deadline.
- It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
- A confirmation of the receipt of abstract will be automatically sent to the submitter, presenting and corresponding author by e-mail upon completion of on-line submission. The contact details you provide must coincide with those of the presenting author and corresponding author, otherwise the presenter will not receive important information about the presentation.
- The right to publish your abstract is granted to the AFLAS 2023 Congress Organizing Committee.
- Presenting authors must register for the congress through the website by August 25, 2023.
Structure

An acceptable structure of an abstract must consist of the following components:
- Corresponding author's contact details: Email address
- Name(s) of presenting author and co-authors: First name(s) or initials of first name(s), family name (example: Sam Lee).
- Affiliation details of all authors: Department, institution/hospital, city and country. Affiliation(s) should be annotated by superscript numbers.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by August 25, 2023.
- The detailed poster presentation schedule will be informed on the homepage of this congress by August 25, 2023.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
- The presenting author must register for the congress during the period of pre-registration.
- If the presenting author does not complete registering with full payment by August 25, 2023, the abstract will be withdrawn.
- Abstract withdrawal is allowed until the abstract deadline.
