Poster Presentations

Each poster will be displayed for two days, from September 14 to 15, 2023. Presenters should be available before their scheduled times to stand by their posters, answer questions, and discuss their results.
All notifications will be posted on our webpage and sent to presenters' email addresses.

Poster Presentation Date & Place

Poster Preparation

• The poster board dimensions are 95cm (width) x 210cm (height). Please ensure that your poster stays within these dimensions. Additionally, pay careful attention to prevent the title from exceeding the width of the board.
• All posters must be affixed to the designated boards during the specified dates and duration.
• Poster content should be structured in the order of abstract, purpose, results (figures and tables), conclusions, and references.
• Use bold and clear font styles to ensure easy readability from a distance of 2 meters in front of the poster.
• All posters must be put up by the presenter by 9/13 (Wed) and must be removed after 4:00 PM on 9/15 (Fri). (We will not assume responsibility for any poster loss after the dismantling time.)
  

  * Unattached Posters: In case a poster is unattached to the poster board more than twice (based on the number of occurrences), the corresponding author (research lead) will be restricted from poster submissions for the next year.

Poster Evaluation and Awards

• Poster attachment to the display board is mandatory. and if you wish to be considered for the Outstanding Poster Award evaluation, you must conduct your presentation.
• Each poster presentation will last for a total of 5 minutes per poster. (4 minutes for presentation and 1 minute for Q&A) under the guidance of the session chair.
• Outstanding posters will be selected based on scientific merit and the presenter's eloquence, and awards will be presented accordingly. Kindly ensure that you are present in front of your poster during your presentation time.

Outstanding Poster Award Ceremony

September 15rd (Friday) 16:40-17:30 / Closing Ceremony

For outstanding posters, awardees will be announced during the closing ceremony. If an awardee is absent during the announcement, the award will be given to the next candidate in line. Therefore, please make sure to attend the conference until its conclusion.
(Certificate and a cash prize of 100,000 KRW will be awarded; proxy acceptance is not available.)
